Janna Safran

Hello!

I'm a UX researcher and product strategist who turns complex needs into clear, thoughtful product direction. My work spans research, strategy, prototyping, and implementation, with a focus on creating products that genuinely reflect how people think, behave, and make decisions.

My background in public health shapes the way I approach product work. It taught me to look beyond individual pain points, understand the systems around them, and use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed decisions. I now bring that same human-centered, systems-minded approach to products across health, hospitality, travel, social impact, and emerging technology.

I'm always open to thoughtful conversations about UX research, product strategy, and building products that people love.
